About The Role
As a Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in making significant, independent technical contributions.
You’ll be empowered to deliver end-to-end solutions for larger goals, requiring minimal guidance from senior team members.
This role calls for a proactive individual who can independently plan, prioritize, and execute their work, while also identifying and resolving technical issues within requirements.
You will have the opportunity to participate in design discussions, often with guidance, and ensure the technical integrity of project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to qualification, end-user documentation, production deployment/monitoring, process automation, and customer support.Set up or improve test, monitoring, or survey infrastructure and processes.Prioritize code health, system maintainability, and scalability over time.Contribute to existing documentation or educational content, adapting it based on product/program updates and user feedback.Triage product or system issues, debugging and resolving them by analyzing root causes and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.Develop product or system code for tasks with minimal assistance.Conduct comprehensive testing on code beyond unit testing (e.g., integration, performance, stress, security, load, fuzz), design code for easy testability, and write detailed test case descriptions.Review code developed by other engineers, providing constructive feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).Identify and address technical debt to improve long-term maintainability and modifiability.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in data structures and algorithms.Expertise in debugging, diagnosis, and resolution of complex issues.Strong systems thinking capabilities.Proficiency in test engineering principles and practices.Skilled in programming.Solid architecture knowledge.Ability to perform data analysis and synthesis.Experience with software engineering system design.Understanding of code and system health best practices.Strong code comprehension skills.
