Duration: Fixed Term Contract for 1 Year Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Engineer with strong expertise in AWS Serverless technologies, particularly AWS Lambda, to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable enterprise integration solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in building API-driven and event-driven integrations across cloud and enterprise platforms, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing integration services. This role requires hands-on experience working with AWS services, RESTful APIs, messaging frameworks, databases, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable owning integrations end-to-end, from solution design and development to deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions using AWS Lambda and other AWS cloud services.Build and support API-driven and event-driven integration architectures.Develop integrations between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and external systems.Design and implement RESTful APIs, web services, and data integration solutions.Work with messaging services and event-processing platforms to enable real-time integrations.Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to define integration requirements and technical solutions.Implement secure, resilient, and high-performing integration patterns following best practices.Manage integration deployments through CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while ensuring system reliability and performance.Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational procedures.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide ongoing production support and performance optimization for existing integration solutions.Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with AWS Serverless technologies, particularly AWS Lambda.Proven experience designing and developing enterprise integration solutions.Strong experience building API-driven and event-driven architectures.Experience working with:REST APIs and web servicesJSON/XML data formatsAWS integration servicesDatabases (SQL and/or NoSQL)Messaging systems and event brokersStrong understanding of cloud-native application development principles.Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms for APIs.Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting cloud-based applications.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
