They've achieved significant ARR in under a year and are growing rapidly, backed by leading VCs, including a partner with early investments in foundational AI companies. The team combines deep academic rigor from top universities with experience from elite trading firms and AI powerhouses. This is a core backend engineering seat. You will own the infrastructure, databases, and architecture that powers real-time AI claims processing. Expect to deploy to production on day one. You'll design and scale systems handling real-time claims at massive scale, not just implement features from a backlog. This isn't a ticket-taker role. You're a founder-archetype operator: you'll help hire, set the bar for shipping, and force solutions into existence. The work Design and implement core backend systems for real-time AI claims processing.Own the infrastructure, architecture, and database layers, including PostgreSQL and vector databases.Scale existing services to handle massive transaction volumes for enterprise clients.Drive technical specifications and build features from concept to production.Take full responsibility for your code in production, ensuring reliability and performance. What You Bring 2+ years of backend development experience, primarily with Python.Proven ownership of core system design: infrastructure, architecture, and databases (PostgreSQL, vector DBs).Ability to stand up cloud-native services end-to-end using REST, GraphQL, GCP/AWS, and Docker.High agency and a track record of forcing solutions into existence, even without a clear spec.A history of solving genuinely hard technical problems; bonus if you've been a CTO or founding engineer.
