About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Technology, you'll join a small cross-functional team working closely with the Business Analyst and business stakeholders.
You'll deliver full-stack solutions across AI-enabled automation, internal tools and digital products, taking ideas from prototype through to production.

Duties / Key Responsibilities
Deliver full-stack solutions from technical discovery and prototype through to productionBuild responsive front-end experiences using React and Next.js, and back-end services and APIs using Node.jsDesign and query SQL data stores, data models, API integrations and event-driven workflowsImplement AI-enabled features using governed model and API services where they add clear business valueWrite maintainable, tested code and support sensible CI/CD and deployment practices
Skills and Experience
5+ years' commercial full-stack development experienceStrong JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js skillsExperience with SQL, relational data modelling, APIs and third-party integrationsComfortable in a small team with changing priorities and multiple stakeholdersGit, automated testing, CI/CD and secure development practicesAWS desirable; Databricks and Cloudflare highly regardedLLM API or AI workflow exposure advantageousPortfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating full-stack capability strongly preferred
