Description
Use your React experience in this Junior Frontend Software Engineer role, working with an experienced engineering team furthering our quest for world domination in cinema technology.
Help ensure the continued technical and functional quality and excellence of the Vista Digital product set, you'll be directly involved in the design, development and implementation of new applications, and enhancement of existing applications.
Producing, and ensuring, consistent code integrity and development, you'll have the opportunity to extend your experience in the future into an intermediate level role where you will also gain exposure to helping mentor and guide less experienced engineers.
What You'll Be Doing
Work on large, interactive, customer-facing, React-based applications (web, mobile, and self-service kiosk)Master React and use this knowledge to make sure our digital front end experiences are cutting edge and follow best practicesCollaboration on internal ecosystem of components and tools to help accelerate application developmentWork with your teammates to ensure we are creating high-quality solutions that meet our needs; this will include (but is not limited to), training, documentation, code review and solution review
Requirements
You'll need strong front-end capabilities with proven experience using the following technologies, frameworks and platforms:
Strong knowledge of JS, TypeScript, React, CSS, SCSS, HTML, as well as front-end test-suitesExperience designing and developing enterprise SaaS applicationsExperience in mobile development to support React Native and CapacitorJS/Ionic applicationsUnderstanding of C# / .NET CoreKnowledge of good practices about user experience for web and mobile applicationsUnderstanding of Cloud Concepts on platforms such as Azure or AWSUnderstanding of Security and Performance best practices in front end technologies Strong analytical and decision-making skills to create excellent, practical, pragmatic solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
