What You'll Do The Principal Custody Solutions (PCS) Workflow team is hiring a Workflow Software Engineer to join their team! This role builds and supports automation solutions, integrating with databases and APIs, and collaborates closely with delivery and partner teams with a focus on driving measurable improvements in quality and operational efficiency. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and lead process and workflow design sessionsDesign, build, and test BPM workflows and automation solutions end to endCollaborate with the workflow team and other technical teams to ensure high-quality integrations and reliable solutionsMonitor and maintain BPM platforms, including performance tuning, upgrades, and defect resolutionDiagnose and resolve workflow or system issues while providing ongoing technical supportCreate and maintain documentation for workflows, processes, configurations, and standards Operating at the intersection of financial services and technology, Principal builds financial tools that help our customers live better lives. Who You Are We are looking for someone with: Associate or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 3+ years' work experience or equivalent experience 2+ years of Hands-on experience in IBM BPM / IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) is required.Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skillsProficiency with database applications, knowledge of web programming languages, mainframe systems, and/or distributed systems Skills That Will Help You Stand Out Experience with ServiceNow Financial Services Operations and Customer Service Management (ServiceNow FSO and CSM) including FSO core data models, secure extensions, and CSM case managementFamiliarity with Advanced Work Assignment design and tuning, customer engagement, document and content integrations, and Performance Analytics reporting Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $94000 - $127000 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible Yes Work Environments This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek).
