Staff Product Engineer (AI Developer Tools)

Software Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a Series B infrastructure company, backed by Google Ventures and other tier 1 investors. They're looking for a Staff Product Engineer to set the technical direction for a new AI native dev tool product, owned end-to-end from architecture through to production. This will be part of a bleeding edge, dev tools suite that is completely new to market without direct competition. This opportunity is high ownership, with significant influence and autonomy to execute. Required experience: 7+ years as a full-stack engineer, with end-to-end ownership of 0-to-1 product buildsTrack record of leading through influence as an individual contributorExperience setting and leading the technical direction of a product from early stage through to customer adoptionOwnership of production outcomes for what you've shippedProduct development experience with TypeScript and ReactExperience with AI coding agents and agentic development workflowsIdeally, experience building products where developers are the customer If this sounds like the kind of opportunity that excites you, we'd love to hear from you.
