For more information about ITS, visit: https://its.umich.edu/about Responsibilities Collaborates with team members and service support groups to effectively resolve incidents, enhancement requests and fixes. Monitors applications and other systems for availability, error conditions, and performance Aim to develop customer-focused solutions using technical design skills and relationships with internal groups Work with business system analysts in formulating requirements and advise on solutions Align with application standards and procedures, such as deploying changes Assignments include development, automation, configuration, customization, troubleshooting, upgrades, integration, and maintenance of systems Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, business computing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience. Experience applying appropriate technical tools to perform daily administration tasks, root-cause analysis and service restoration.
