DWS is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS) to join a high-impact engineering team delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
You’ll play a key role in uplifting platform maturity, enabling rapid and secure deployments, and driving best practices across CI/CD, automation, and cloud engineering.
This is a hands-on role working across modern cloud ecosystems while helping modernise legacy systems at scale.

You will bring:
Expert knowledge in Python, NodeJS or similar programming languages Strong experience working across AWS Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and build tooling (e.g.
Git, Jenkins/GitLab, Maven, SonarQube, Nexus) Advanced hands-on experience with Docker and containerisation Strong experience with NoSQL technologies such as DynamoDB or Redis Demonstrated expertise in cloud-native development and event-driven architectures Deep experience working within AWS environments (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, ECR, EC2, API Gateway, Route53, RDS, Load Balancers, etc.) Strong Infrastructure-as-Code experience (CloudFormation, Terraform) and use of services such as Secrets Manager and Parameter Store Experience with observability and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Sumo Logic, New Relic) Exposure to security tooling such as Snyk, Checkmarx or similar Strong understanding of continuous delivery, automation frameworks, and secure development practices Experience working in Agile delivery environments You will also demonstrate:
