You will join an international team responsible for developing and enhancing one of the key platforms supporting business processes across Siemens Healthineers worldwide. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale ServiceNow implementations spanning multiple products and business areas while contributing to platform modernization, governance initiatives, and the adoption of best-in-class development practices. This is a hybrid position with possible locations in Bratislava, Žilina, or Košice. Your Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platformTranslate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutionsCollaborate closely with solution architects, platform owners, product managers, and business stakeholders across multiple countriesDrive continuous improvement of development standards, code quality, automation, and delivery processesParticipate in technical discussions, solution design reviews, and platform governance activitiesSupport platform modernization initiatives and contribute to the adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities and best practicesEnsure compliance with Quality, Information Security, and Data Privacy requirementsTake ownership of delivered solutions throughout their lifecycle, from design to deployment and ongoing support Technical Skills Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related fieldProven hands-on experience with ServiceNow development in enterprise environmentsStrong JavaScript knowledge and understanding of modern development principlesExperience with one or more ServiceNow product areas such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, or Platform applicationsExperience working with integrations, workflows, scripting, and platform customizationServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification requiredAdditional ServiceNow certifications are considered an advantage Personal Skills Self-driven and proactive approach to problem-solvingStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in international teamsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutionsPassion for cloud technologies, digital transformation, and continuous learningCollaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and driving improvements Why Join Us? In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, the minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is 3000€ In addition, this role includes a variable compensation component, depending on individual and/or company performance. The final offer will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience and may exceed the stated minimum.
