Junior Rust Developer x 3 Apply: apply@stiryum.com Eligibility: UAE based candidates only Junior Rust Developer Join our engineering team to write production Rust + Golang across backend services, embedded firmware, and blockchain protocol code. You'll start on one track and can rotate as you grow, every change ships with senior review. What you'll do Build and maintain Rust code in one of three areas: HTTP/gRPC services, device firmware, or protocol/smart-contract logicWrite tests, fix bugs, and improve existing modulesParticipate in code review and design discussionsDebug real problems, failing requests, flaky hardware, or unexpected on-chain behavior Requirements 2+ years professional experience, or strong personal/open-source projectsProfessional experience with both Rust and GolangRust fundamentals: ownership, borrowing, Result/Option, traits, error handlingComfort with Git, the command line, and reading unfamiliar codeClear written communication and a willingness to learn from review Helpful in at least one track Backend: async Rust (Tokio, Axum/Actix), SQL, serde, DockerEmbedded: no_std, C or microcontroller experience (Cortex-M, ESP32, RISC-V), I2C/SPI/UART, reading datasheetsBlockchain: consensus and cryptography basics, Solana/Anchor, Substrate, or CosmWasm Nice to have Open-source contributions or a public portfolioExposure to C/C++, WebAssembly, or distributed systemsSecurity or CTF experience
