Job tasks:
Build, integrate, and fine-tune GenAI and Agentic AI solutions that deliver measurable value.Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and enhance AI-powered features.Refine, optimize, and troubleshoot GenAI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.Help deploy AI / GenAI solutions to production together with our DevOps and QA teams.Track the latest advances in AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI, and help us adopt what’s worth adopting.
Your profile:
1+ years (mid) / 3+ years (senior) in AI / ML development with hands-on GenAI and Agentic AI exposure, strong Python, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.Hands-on experience evaluating and optimizing LLMs from leading AI labs (OpenAI, Anthropic), with solid prompt engineering: few-shot design, tool/function calling, and structured output (JSON schema).Experience building RAG and Graph RAG systems end to end — vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search), embedding and chunking strategies, hybrid search, and ingestion pipelines.Production mindset: guardrails (input/output validation, PII masking, prompt-injection mitigation), prompt versioning, and cost and latency optimization (caching, model routing/fallback).Working knowledge of Azure as our primary cloud platform (AWS or GCP a plus), Git, CI/CD, containerization, and API integrations, plus confident English.
