DevOps Engineer – Windows Infrastructure & Security Location: Remote Position Overview We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Windows Server and Infrastructure Administration, along with expertise in security products and enterprise security technologies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of a large server environment and providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, and maintenance. Key Technical Skills IIS (Internet Information Services)LDAP / Directory ServicesSecurity Patch ManagementPowerShell Scripting and AutomationWindows Server AdministrationInfrastructure and Server AdministrationExperience with Broadcom SiteMinderExperience with Broadcom IdentityMinderStrong troubleshooting of Windows and Web ServersExperience supporting enterprise security products and related technologiesRole & Responsibilities Manage and administer 200+ Windows servers across an enterprise environment.Take ownership of day-to-day Windows infrastructure and server administration activities.Install, configure, maintain, patch, and upgrade Windows servers and related infrastructure components.Administer and troubleshoot IIS/Web Server environments.Support LDAP/Directory Services and related integrations.Perform security patching, vulnerability remediation, and maintenance activities.Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration, automation, monitoring, and operational tasks.Support and troubleshoot Broadcom SiteMinder, IdentityMinder, and LDAP/Directory environments.Quickly learn and support Broadcom security products based on existing experience with similar IAM, directory, or security technologies.Perform product upgrades, patching, configuration changes, maintenance, and troubleshooting for security platforms.Investigate and resolve complex issues involving Windows Servers, IIS, LDAP, security products, and infrastructure components.Work closely with application, security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to resolve production issues.Proactively monitor infrastructure and identify potential performance, security, and availability issues.Provide hands-on support for critical production environments and participate in incident resolution.Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational standards.Required Experience 7–15 years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years preferred.Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration and Infrastructure Management.Strong experience with IIS and Web Server technologies.Experience with LDAP/Directory Services.Strong knowledge of security patch management and vulnerability remediation.Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.Experience supporting enterprise security/IAM products such as SiteMinder or IdentityMinder.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to independently manage and support a large-scale environment of 200+ servers.Candidates should be comfortable taking ownership of the environment and working independently in a hands-on capacity.Preferred Qualifications Experience with Broadcom SiteMinder, IdentityMinder, and Directory products.Experience with enterprise IAM/security platforms or comparable products.DevOps and automation experience.Experience supporting highly available production environments.Strong understanding of infrastructure security and enterprise server operations.Position Details Job Title: DevOps Engineer – Windows Infrastructure & SecurityExperience: 7–15 years; 8+ years preferredLocation: Remote
