The RAN (Radio Access Network) Performance organization is responsible to systemize, design, implement and test software 5G features. The unit is responsible for the baseband SW within the 5G product. We are now creating a product responsible organization in Krakow, Poland, with one L2/Scheduler section focused on 5G. Currently we are looking for senior designers who will help us to drive development of 5G UPC (User Plane Control) often identified as brain of telecommunication system. You will be part of a world-class organization with some of the leading experts within the industry – you will join the baseband scheduler department and work with the one of the most complex embedded system in the word.
