Description

Mroads is looking for an "AWS DevOps Engineer" for one of our direct clients in Bogota, Colombia. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).8–10 years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering.Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Lead DevOps Engineer, Technical Lead, or DevOps Team Lead leading engineering teams and enterprise DevOps initiatives.Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Harness or similar DevOps platforms.Hands-on experience with AWS, Amazon EKS, Docker, and Kubernetes.Experience implementing cloud-native deployment strategies and infrastructure automation.Strong understanding of containerization, orchestration, and microservices architecture.Experience supporting event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.Familiarity with MongoDB, NoSQL databases, WebSockets, and GraphQL integrations.Strong knowledge of Git and modern software development workflows.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
