About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with expertise in .Net and Azure to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that address complex technical and business challenges. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop and test code, manage integrations, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. This position offers a hybrid work environment with the opportunity to work remotely, with in-person meetings once a quarter in Herndon, VA. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations, enjoys working within Agile teams, and is eager to learn and grow professionally. This role is pivotal in delivering innovative solutions that support our federal clients' missions, requiring a combination of technical expertise, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
