About The Role We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to strengthen and evolve our technical infrastructure, AWS environment, and system reliability practices. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong technical background who wants to help ensure our systems are robust, secure, and scalable — and who enjoys solving hard infrastructure problems as much as building for the long term. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure systems — including AWS cloud services, data centers, co-location facilities, and network connectivityImprove the reliability and scalability of our software delivery pipelines and disaster recovery systemsCollaborate with development and operations teams to support system migrations, monitor critical systems, and maintain smooth day-to-day operationsHelp build and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data lossShare knowledge and best practices with the broader engineering team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvementManage and evolve CI/CD pipelines that power product delivery Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure managementStrong hands-on proficiency with AWS servicesExperience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, CDK, Troposphere, or similar)Solid understanding of IT operations, platform services, and system reliability practicesExperience with ECS, Lambda, Docker, GitHub Actions/workflows, and Python or Java preferredExperience working with or coordinating across distributed and international offices preferred Our Employee Benefits At Supernova Technology, we provide a robust benefits package to support the health and well-being of our employees.
