Senior Software Engineer Ruby on Rails

Overview: Corporate Tools is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who knows Ruby on Rails inside and out and enjoys solving hard problems. One moment, you’ll be deep in system design, debating architectural tradeoffs and mapping out the future. The next, you’ll be turning a “this seems impossible” project into a series of achievable wins that get the team moving. You’ll work on large, high-traffic Rails applications, taking features and problems from idea to production and seeing the full picture along the way, from requirements and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and iteration. We’re looking for someone who understands more than just the framework and can think critically about how and why things work. We also embrace AI as part of our engineering workflow. We’re interested in how you use AI to make yourself a better, more efficient engineer; not whether you use a particular tool.
