ABOUT YOU: 5+ years of experience in game design (preferably with iGaming, real-money gaming).Proven track record of shipped t‌i‌t‌l‌es.Strong understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and engagement loops.Experience working with KPIs (retention, monetization, LTV, conversion).Solid knowledge of RTP, volatility models, and math-driven design principles.Experience writing clear and structured GDDs.Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.NICE TO HAVE: Experience designing live betting products, slot games or live casino products.Familiarity with regulated markets and certification processes.Experience with A/B testing and live game optimization.Basic understanding of game engines (e.g. pixi.js, 2D engine).Passion for Sports industry.
