PPG AC EMEA is rolling out PriceFX, a modern pricing platform that will transform the way we manage prices across the region.
This major initiative integrates multiple ERPs and CRM systems into one smart ecosystem - and we are looking for a Pricing Software Business Expert who will help shape, optimize, and implement future pricing processes within this tool.
In this role, you will connect business teams, system capabilities, and process excellence.
You will map and redesign pricing workflows, support system adoption in local markets, coordinate the Super User community, and drive continuous improvement through enhancements and new functionalities.

Responsibilities
Gather and coordinate pricing inputs from EMEA marketsMap “as‑is” and design streamlined “to‑be” pricing processesWork on commercial agreements, project pricing, promotions, and off‑invoice rebatesEnsure alignment between business needs and system functionalityIntroduce PriceFX modules together with PRGM LeadsSupport and coordinate the PriceFX Super Users communityResolve issues escalated by Key Users and Super UsersCollaborate closely with IT on issue resolution and ticket managementShare best practices and support training using a train‑the‑trainer modelMonitor PriceFX adoption and report process inconsistenciesCapture and prioritize change requestsPrepare business requirement specifications for ITLead testing, UAT, and business acceptanceManage deployments and rollout new functionalities across EMEAConduct training sessions and ensure knowledge continuitySupport onboarding and nomination of new Super UsersDefine training needs and maintain strong communication within the network
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fieldStrong understanding of pricing processesExperience in gathering and translating business requirementsPrevious PriceFX or similar system experience (preferred)Knowledge of SAP Sales & Service processesBackground in Sales, Customer Service, or MarketingProject management experienceExcellent communication skills — ability to simplify complex topicsStrong organization skills and attention to detailAbility to work with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentFluent EnglishProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)Creative analytical and problem-solving skillsMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
