Senior MERN Stack Developer

We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a small, high-impact development team. You'll own applications end to end building them, deploying them to AWS, and supporting them in production. What you'll do • Design, develop, test, and debug web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and SQL • Write and optimize complex SQL queries and design database schemas • Manage source code in Git branching, merging, and pull requests • Deploy and maintain applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) • Provide technical support for escalated client and internal issues • Track support trends and recommend system improvements • Mentor junior developers and serve as a technical resource for the team • Champion best practices in testing, documentation, security, and code quality • Explore emerging technologies and AI-driven tools to accelerate development What you bring • 6–10 years of professional full-stack web development experience with a focus on the MERN stack • Strong SQL proficiency complex query writing and database design • Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative development workflows • Practical AWS knowledge and deployment best practices • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills with a track record of technical support and mentorship • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Nice to have • Docker and Kubernetes • CI/CD pipelines and automation tools • TypeScript and other modern JavaScript frameworks
