Job Summary: The Senior Software Engineer supports ScriptPro’s Information Services and business operations by designing, implementing, and improving enterprise integrations, middleware platforms, automation, analytics enablement, and related technology solutions. This role applies senior-level technical expertise to connect systems, support APIs and middleware services, move data effectively, modernize enterprise platforms, and enable reporting, artificial intelligence, and automation capabilities. They work with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions that improve interoperability, process efficiency, and operational visibility. The position also provides hands-on implementation and production support for integrations, data exchange processes, reporting and analytics solutions, and other enterprise technology initiatives. This role helps ensure supported solutions are reliable, maintainable, well documented, aligned with business needs, and guided by operational standards and technology governance. Reporting Relationship: Manager, Enterprise Technology Enablement Shift: General business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. This role may require flexibility based on business needs. This role is primarily performed remotely, though Kansas City Metro employees may have on-campus requirements according to departmental policy and business need. Generally, all positions may be fully performed on-campus in Mission, KS. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.
