Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.Candlelight란?2019년 7월부터 Fever Originals는 전 세계의 특별하고 매력적인 공간을 촛불로 가득 채워 클래식 음악을 감상하는 ‘Candlelight Concerts’를 선보이고 있습니다.파리, 툴루즈, 리옹을 비롯해 마드리드, 바르셀로나, 세비야, 발렌시아, 리스본, 포르투, 로스앤젤레스, 뉴욕, 시카고 등 세계 주요 도시에서 공연을 진행해 왔으며, 현재도 새로운 도시로 빠르게 확장하고 있습니다.Candlelight는 클래식 음악을 보다 많은 사람들이 쉽고 특별한 방식으로 경험할 수 있도록 하며, 관객들에게 기존 공연과는 차별화된 몰입감 있는 라이브 음악 경험을 제공하고 있습니다. 현재 Candlelight Concerts는 전 세계 300개 이상의 도시에서 만나볼 수 있습니다.이번 포지션은 대구에서 진행되는 Candlelight Concerts의 현장 운영을 담당할 파트타임 Event Manager를 모집하는 자리입니다.프리랜서 형태의 파트타임 포지션으로, 평일에는 공연 준비 및 운영 계획을 위한 유연한 근무가 이루어지며 공연 당일에는 현장 운영을 담당하게 됩니다. 대부분의 공연이 금요일, 토요일, 일요일 저녁에 진행되는 만큼 해당 시간대 근무가 필요할 수 있습니다.주요 업무• Candlelight 공연 현장의 메인 담당자로서 현장 스태프를 관리하고 Fever Originals Manager와 직접 커뮤니케이션• 전체 현장 스태프 명단 및 스케줄 관리, 공연 일정 변경 시 인력 운영 업체와 커뮤니케이션• 티켓 확인, 관객 좌석 안내, 공연 전 캔들 세팅 등 각 업무에 필요한 현장 스태프 교육 및 운영 관리• 공연장별 물품 및 재고 관리• 공연 운영에 필요한 인쇄물 관리• 전체 공연의 게스트 리스트 관리• 공연 시작 및 종료 시 안내 멘트 운영(주로 사전 녹음된 음성을 사용하지만 경우에 따라 현장에서 직접 안내가 필요할 수 있습니다.)• 각 공연의 준비 현황 및 공연 종료 후 결과와 피드백을 포함한 주간 리포트를 Fever Originals Project Manager에게 공유• 필요 시 신규 공연장 검토를 위한 현장 답사 및 평가 지원• 향후 Candlelight를 비롯한 다양한 Fever Originals 이벤트 운영에 참여할 수 있는 기회• 모든 공연 현장에서 Fever와 Candlelight를 대표하여 전문적인 커뮤니케이션과 운영을 수행하고, 현장 고객 응대의 핵심 담당자 역할 수행자격 요건• 이벤트 기획 및 운영 관련 경력 (음악 관련 이벤트 경험 우대)• 라이브 음악 및 이벤트 운영에 대한 관심과 열정• 뛰어난 고객 응대 및 커뮤니케이션 역량• 현장 운영팀을 리딩한 경험• 뛰어난 문제 해결 능력• 빠르게 변화하는 현장 및 압박감 있는 환경에서도 원활하게 업무를 수행할 수 있는 역량• AV 및 PA 시스템에 대한 이해가 있는 분 우대• 업무 시 개인 노트북 사용 가능자• 공연장 및 아티스트와의 관계 관리 경험 우대#LI-Parttime #LI-TemporaryThank you for considering joining Fever.
