Description

Navii is an AI recruiter, running this search on behalf of Axiarete AI. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS Rather than your resume sitting in a queue, you have a conversation with Navii about your experience and what you want next. What you say reaches Axiarete AI's hiring team in your own words. It is a required step, and there is nothing to schedule. NEXT STEP A conversation with Navii about this role: https://app.heynavii.ai/careers/full-stack-engineer-e33566c9 ABOUT AXIARETE AI Axiarete AI is an agentic IT platform company. We give CIOs and application leaders live, AI-driven intelligence over their enterprise application portfolios—and a way to act on it. Our Technology Intelligence Fabric maps what an enterprise actually runs, our agents reason over that context graph, and AxiareteForge turns modernization from a multi-year consulting slog into AI-augmented engineering. The Work This is a full-stack seat with a twist: you build the product and you deploy it inside some of the largest IT estates in the world. One week you’re shipping platform features (agent workflows, portfolio dashboards, the context graph that powers both). The next you’re on-site or in working sessions with Fortune 100 architecture teams—wiring Axiarete into their identity, ITSM, CMDB, and cloud/on-prem reality—then coming back to fix what you learned at the product level. You’ll own problems end to end, from messy enterprise requirements to working software running in customer environments. The engineers who thrive here stay close to the customer and refuse to hand off the last mile. • Build and ship product features across the stack: front-end experiences, APIs, data pipelines, and the agentic workflows behind them • Integrate Axiarete into enterprise environments (identity, ITSM, CMDBs, cloud and on-prem estates) and make it work in the real world • Turn field learnings into platform improvements, so each deployment makes the product stronger • Work directly with customer architects and application leaders, and represent engineering in those rooms • Help set the standards for how a small team ships fast into environments that demand security and reliability What You’ll Need • You’ve shipped production software with real depth on both front end and back end • You’ve built for—or integrated into—enterprise environments with constraints like SSO/SAML, RBAC, multi-tenancy, and audit/compliance needs • You’re comfortable leading technical working sessions with enterprise teams and holding the room • You have strong product instincts: you can translate ambiguous requirements into working software without waiting for a perfect spec • You’re based within commuting distance of Fremont, CA (in-office, 5 days a week), with occasional time on-site at customer locations when needed Even Better If • You’ve worked in forward-deployed, solutions-engineering, or professional-services-adjacent engineering roles • You’ve built with agentic AI systems, LLM applications, or knowledge/context graphs • You’ve been early at a startup and know how to build without a playbook Who Thrives Here • You like being close to the customer and treat “what broke in the field” as product feedback, not a handoff • You can move from ambiguity to implementation without needing everything spelled out first • You’re comfortable representing engineering in high-stakes enterprise conversations—clear, direct, and collaborative • You enjoy building standards for shipping fast while still respecting security and reliability constraints The Team You’ll work with a small engineering team that ships platform capabilities and then learns from real enterprise deployments. You’ll collaborate with customer-facing stakeholders and enterprise architecture teams, and you’ll be expected to connect what you build to what customers actually need. The work is hands-on, and the feedback loop between deployment and product is the point. Non-Traditional Backgrounds If you’ve built and shipped full-stack systems in any environment—startup or enterprise—and you’ve also integrated into complex customer constraints, we want to hear from you. How to Apply Interested? You’ll start with a conversation with Navii, the hiring team’s AI—it's a chance for us to learn about you beyond your resume.
