What you'll be doing • Developing and operating modern web applications across a comprehensive SaaS portfolio including frontend, backend, and DevOps layers. • Integrating native AI features and agentic experiences into products using LLMs, retrieval techniques, and structured workflows. • Designing and maintaining cloud-native services with a strict focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity. • Collaborating with product management and UX teams to establish best practices for agentic applications and engineering quality. • Applying an outcome-driven mindset to translate complex healthcare workflows into efficient, scalable software features. What we're looking for • Extensive senior-level experience in full-stack engineering with deep knowledge of React, Angular, Java Spring Boot, or Python. • A Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field with a strong academic record. • Technical proficiency with Kafka, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and experience with AI tools such as Azure OpenAI or Anthropic SDK. • Proven track record of designing AI pipelines and utilizing agentic coding tools to enhance software development lifecycles. • Professional fluency in both German and English combined with strong proactive problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
