Our core areas: ➡ Quantitative Finance ➡ Risk & Compliance ➡ Operations & Finance ➡ Transformation & Organization ➡ Information Systems 🔎 We are looking for a Java Developer 📝 MAIN TASKS Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.Develop and enhance APIs and microservices.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment.Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Perform code reviews and contribute to technical improvements.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production incidents.Ensure application performance, security, and reliability.Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD processes. 🧩 YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS Proven experience in Java development.Strong knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Programming.Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.Experience with SQL and relational databases.Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.Experience working in Agile environments.Knowledge of unit and integration testing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Hybrid position based in Portugal. 🎁 WHAT WE OFFER This role offers a gross annual salary between 20.000€ to 60.500€, defined according to the candidate's experience and competencies.Permanent contract (CTI).Meal allowance.Health Insurance.Extra holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve.Access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning and certifications.Elevate Program to support professional development and career growth.Career progression plan.Ongoing follow-up and technical support provided by a Consultant Expert.
