We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Golang Software Engineer to build and enhance a modern, microservices-based platform that powers customer loyalty and benefits experiences at scale.
You will work in a collaborative Agile environment, delivering high-impact features and partnering with engineers across platforms to drive innovation and engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang or a similar type-safe backend language.Build and enhance features within a microservices architecture.Develop and integrate REST APIs and asynchronous messaging systems, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.Collaborate within a Scrum team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.Contribute to system design, architectural decisions, and engineering best practices.Ensure code quality through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features and improvements.Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with at least one type-safe backend programming language; Golang is preferred.Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.Experience developing RESTful APIs and event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
