Responsibilities Include: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancementsBuild secure, reliable integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related technologiesDevelop scripted REST APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflowsConfigure and extend ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDBCreate intuitive, accessible experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobilePartner with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and support teams to translate requirements into technical solutionsTroubleshoot complex platform, integration, data, and performance issuesApply development standards, security controls, automated testing, code review, source control, and release-management practicesDevelop reusable components and documentation; support upgrades and releases; and evaluate AI and automation opportunities About our Company DataSoft Technologies is a highly recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US.
