Position: Java Developer with AI Tools Experience Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with AI Tools Experience to join our team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building production-grade backend applications, designing scalable distributed systems, and leveraging modern AI/Agentic AI tools to develop innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based backend systems.Build scalable, reliable, and distributed applications for production environments.Develop and integrate AI-powered and Agentic AI solutions into business applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.Work with relational and document-oriented databases.Utilize Linux/Unix environments and scripting for development and deployment activities.Follow software engineering best practices, design patterns, and DevOps principles.
