Description

The Business Process Engineer for Third-Party Risk Management is responsible for designing, optimizing, and continuously improving the end-to-end processes that support the identification, assessment, monitoring, and management of third-party (vendor, supplier, outsourcing) risk across the organization. The role bridges risk management requirements with operational execution, translating regulatory and policy requirements (e.g., DORA, outsourcing guidelines) into efficient, scalable, and auditable workflows. This role will be based in Frankfurt. What You Will Do Process Design & Optimization: Map, analyse, and redesign TPRM lifecycle processes (onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, contracting, ongoing monitoring, offboarding) to improve efficiency, consistency, and control effectivenessWorkflow & Tooling: design and implement defined TPRM workflow in the Sourcing & Procurement ServiceNow Platform.
