Key Responsibilities Take ownership of complex architectural decisions, shaping how the core platform is built and scaled over timeDrive the design and delivery of secure, high-performance features across mission-critical systemsBuild and maintain robust APIs that allow global partners to integrate reliably with the platformWork closely with product and engineering teams to turn ambitious ideas into well-engineered, production-ready solutionsRaise the technical bar across the team; championing best practices, quality, and a culture of continuous improvementPlay an active role in developing the engineers around you, sharing knowledge and helping the team grow through hands-on guidance and collaborative code reviews About You Deep expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript, with a strong background in complex, high-scale backend environmentsA natural systems thinker.
