About the Role I'm partnering with a boutique multi-strat trading firm that are building mission-critical infrastructure from the ground up to underpin all of it's trading activity. This is a rare opportunity to design and build greenfield infrastructure with zero legacy constraints, in an ultra-low-latency, high-performance environment demanding zero downtime. You'll be working at the heart of a systematic trading business, shaping the technology that drives real trading decisions across global markets. Responsibilities Design and build infrastructure focused on low latency, high performance, scalability, and reliability Integrate and maintain market access connectivity to global exchanges and liquidity venues Develop and maintain Order Management Systems (OMS) Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers, systematic portfolio managers, traders, and fellow technologists Help ensure high availability of trading systems, including participation in on-call support where needed What We're Looking For A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong, demonstrable C++ skills 7+ years of experience in a production environment A solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and software design Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines Confident communicator, able to work directly with stakeholders across the business Desirable Experience within financial markets
