We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to help build, scale, and support the cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, and AI-enabled solutions that will power the next phase of a growing organization's technology strategy.

What You'll Do
Platform Engineering & Cloud Infrastructure
Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to support application delivery and platform reliability.Implement infrastructure-as-code, automation, and environment management practices.Support cloud-native services, monitoring, identity management, and security best practices.Drive production readiness, including deployment strategies, rollback procedures, and operational excellence.
AI & Automation Initiatives
Help build and support AI-enabled workflows, services, and business automation initiatives.Work with modern AI platforms, LLMs, and orchestration tools to support intelligent business processes.Contribute to AI observability, evaluation, monitoring, and governance practices.Assist in integrating AI capabilities into existing business applications and operational systems.Partner with leadership to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend scalable solutions.
Integration & Systems Enablement
Build and maintain integrations across internal business applications and third-party platforms.Develop reusable services, APIs, and platform capabilities that accelerate future development.Support data movement, event-driven architectures, and operational reporting needs.Collaborate with external development partners to review solutions and ensure alignment with platform standards.
Leadership & Collaboration

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Backend Development.Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native services.Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or similar technologies.Experience with modern programming or scripting languages such as TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, or similar.Hands-on experience working with AI technologies, LLM platforms, or AI-enabled applications.Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, secrets management, and operational best practices.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks, workflow automation, or agent-based systems.Exposure to observability, monitoring, and application performance management tools.Experience with event-driven architectures, APIs, and enterprise integrations.Background in regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, healthcare, or similar environments.Familiarity with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, or related technologies.
