Qualifications and Profile
Minimum Bachelors in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalentMinimum 5 to 8 years of experience in the following technical platforms: Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, TerraformContainer Platforms: Docker/KubernetesScripting tools: Java, Unix Shell, Bash, Python, PowerShellMiddleware Technologies: Websphere, Jboss, Wildfly, Tomcat, Apache, KafkaGood understanding of ITIL Service Management framework such as Incident, Problem, and Change processesUnderstanding of LLMs, AI Archictecture patterns (RAG, Agentic, MCP etc)Experience in one or more of the following technical platforms: Jenkins, Ansible, Elastic Search, Rundeck, GITMonitoring and Data analytics tools: Nagios, OMI, ServiceNow, GeneosAble to work on shift and with on-call support on rotationExcellent communication, interpersonal and logical skillsCustomer service oriented and a strong team player
