Job Title: Microsoft Developer Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite) Estimated Duration: Fulltime Microsoft Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role will focus on development using X++ in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, AL extensions in Business Central, and Power Platform solutions that support global ERP operations. The position involves analysis, coding, debugging, testing, deployment, and ongoing support for global instances of Dynamics 365 F&O and Business Central. The Microsoft Developer will work closely with cross-functional technology teams, Business Analysts, end users, external vendors, and IT project leadership to ensure key business requirements are delivered on time and with high quality. Benefits · Health Insurance, including Virtual Health and HCSA · Dental Insurance · Vision Insurance · Life Insurance · Long-term Disability · Short-term Disability · RRSP Match · Paid Vacation · Floating Days · Employee Assistance Program · Employee Engagement Events · Awards and Recognition · Tuition Reimbursement · Service Awards · Employee Perks & Discounts WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? · Competitive salary · Competitive health and benefit plan · Competitive matched retirement savings program · The opportunity to join a continuously growing organization with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion · The opportunity to work with an industry leader in manufacturing · The opportunity to support global ERP systems and contribute to enterprise-wide technology initiatives Job Responsibilities · Designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Business Central applications to meet business needs. · Developing solutions using X++ for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. · Developing and maintaining AL extensions for Dynamics 365 Business Central. · Building Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-driven apps, integrated with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems. · Developing Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and ERP automation. · Implementing business rules, validations, workflows, and process automation. · Creating and extending forms, tables, data entities, and SSRS reports. · Supporting integrations using OData, REST APIs, and the Data Management Framework. · Integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure and existing systems. · Developing extensions following Microsoft best practices, including avoiding over-layering. · Performing analysis and effort estimates for development tasks and projects. · Coordinating and testing interfaces with external systems. · Managing extension deployments across sandbox and production environments. · Deploying solutions using Azure DevOps pipelines and managed solutions. · Developing and supporting Jet Reports for business intelligence and data analytics. · Monitoring and responding to development requests and issues logged through the Service Desk. · Identifying and resolving system issues to optimize performance and stability. · Coordinating with external vendors for issue logging, troubleshooting, and reporting. · Collaborating with functional teams to implement stable, scalable, and maintainable solutions. · Reviewing business requirements, technical specifications, and development proposals. Qualifications: · 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development. · Experience working in enterprise or global ERP environments. · Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, cloud migrations, or large-scale enhancement projects. · Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development using X++. · Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central development using AL. · Experience developing Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-driven applications. · Experience developing Power Automate flows and workflow automation. · Experience working with Dataverse. · Experience supporting integrations using OData, REST APIs, and related integration methods. · Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, managed solutions, and deployment practices. · Knowledge of Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID integration. · Understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Operations. · Experience creating or supporting reports, including SSRS and Jet Reports. · Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. · Ability to work collaboratively with Business Analysts, functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
