Full Stack Software Developer

We are seeking experienced Software Developers to design, develop, and implement full-stack solutions for enterprise applications. This role focuses on building modern, scalable, and reliable systems while maintaining high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability. Key responsibilities include: Design and develop full-stack web applications using Next.js/TypeScript/React and Spring/Spring Boot.Design, build and optimize backend services and APIs that support business processes, decision making, data exchange and business workflows.Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and logic inconsistencies.Develop and maintain integrations between internal and external systems.Write clean, logically coherent, and thoroughly tested code that aligns with established best practices and team standards.Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer.Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features and solutions.Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, workflows, and system capabilities. Qualifications BS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.Expertise with JavaScript/Typescript and Java.Experience with frameworks including react.js/Next.js, Spring/Spring Boot preferred.Familiarity with cloud deployment (EKS), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD workflows.Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns for MVC architecture.Ability to visualize broader architecture, identify logical gaps, and develop thoughtful, maintainable code.Strong technical acumen, communication and project management skills.
