Software Engineer AI Red Teaming San Fran (on-site 5 days a week) Most companies still test their software for vulnerabilities once a year. This team is building the platform that makes that model obsolete: AI agents that break into your systems continuously, finding the holes before attackers do and helping you fix them. We're hiring Software Engineers to build the agents at the core of this. These are real systems that make decisions, operate independently, and have to be reliable when things go sideways. What we need from you: Experience building complex, distributed systems at real scale, with security and customer experience front of mind.You must have built agentic or autonomous systems before.Comfortable working across the stack, mostly TypeScript, but they care far more about your ability to design the right system than about which language you've used before.You're comfortable using AI tools day-to-day, not just tolerating them. What you'll be doing: You'll be designing and building the agents themselves: how they reason, how they act, how they stay safe and predictable when operating autonomously against real production systems.You'll own problems end to end, from an ambiguous starting point through to something running in production.
