ServiceNow Developer
The State Corporation Commission (SCC) is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance secure, scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, ITSM, integrations, scripting, and workflow automation.
Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities and additional platform modules is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.Develop secure integrations using REST, SOAP, Webhooks, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.Build Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.Configure and enhance ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.Create user-friendly experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, Workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and support teams to deliver technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform, integration, data, and performance issues.Follow secure development practices, automated testing, code reviews, source control, and release-management processes.Develop reusable components, technical documentation, and support ServiceNow upgrades and releases.Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow automation and AI capabilities to improve processes and user experiences.Mandatory Skills
