Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET/Azure Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Azure, SQL Server, APIs, microservices, Docker, and CI/CD.
You will work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to build cloud-native applications and modernize existing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET Core/ASP.NET.Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices.Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.Containerize applications using Docker and support cloud-native deployments.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.Integrate applications with Azure services and third-party systems.Troubleshoot application, performance, and production issues.Apply software engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, security, and version control.Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of development processes.
Required Qualifications
3–10+ years of professional software development experience.Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET.Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core and web application development.Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.Experience with Microsoft Azure development and deployment.Strong SQL Server development and database skills.Hands-on experience with Docker/containerization.Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.Proficiency with Git or other modern source-control systems.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, coding standards, testing, and debugging.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, Key Vault, and Azure SQL.Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native application development.Familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.Experience with automated testing frameworks.Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.Experience migrating legacy .NET applications to modern .NET/Azure architectures.Strong understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and application security.
