Senior DevOps Engineer

We're looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to help us build, automate, and run the infrastructure behind our proprietary enterprise software for insurance companies across the EU - and to own the hard problems end to end. Once you're here, you will: Be part of an international team keeping our AdInsure platform running smoothly across cloud and on-prem environments.Own our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and Kubernetes deployments, and set the standard for how we ship reliably into production.Lead the way on resilience and incident response - reading unfamiliar systems, forming a hypothesis, and fixing what's broken without the drama.Champion knowledge sharing, cultivate learning, and mentor the engineers around you - no knowledge silos, no single points of failure. Technologies we use: Azure (AKS, ACR, Key Vault, Azure DevOps), Terraform, Kubernetes and Helm, GitLab, Bash, PowerShell and Python. It would be great if you're familiar with .NET / Java build toolchains or DevSecOps tooling (Trivy, Dependency Track, SAST). What do you need to be successful? 6+ years of hands-on DevOps / infrastructure engineering.Strong Azure expertise: AKS, ACR, Key Vault, Azure DevOps.Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform.Deep CI/CD experience across multiple platforms (GitLab, Azure DevOps, …).Kubernetes: deployment, networking, and production troubleshooting, with Helm.Scripting for automation with Bash, PowerShell, and Python.A proven ability to own infrastructure problems end to end, independently.Excellent knowledge of the English language. The following skills would be nice to have, but are not formal requirements Experience with SVN-to-Git migrations and legacy pipeline modernisation.Experience in insurance, finance, or other regulated industries.Azure certifications (DevOps-related or equivalent).Familiarity with .NET / Java build toolchains.Knowledge of DevSecOps practices (Trivy, Dependency Track, SAST).
