Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer / Core Lead to design, develop, and lead the implementation of core backend services supporting transaction tracing, investigation workflows, event processing, orchestration, and observability for Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) platforms.
This role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Event-Driven Architectures, API development, and transaction processing systems.
The candidate will serve as the technical lead for backend engineering, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance platform services.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.7+ years of experience in backend application development and enterprise software engineering.Strong hands-on expertise with:Java 11+Spring BootMicroservices ArchitectureREST APIsKafkaEvent-Driven ArchitectureSQL and NoSQL DatabasesExperience designing and developing high-performance backend systems.Strong understanding of distributed systems and transaction processing.Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native development.Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in Agile development environments.
