Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer
Full-time · On-site (Flatiron, NYC) · $170K–$210K base + meaningful equity
I am a Talent Partner working with Sparrow.
They is building the first marketing and engagement platform designed specifically for credit unions, and we're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help us build it faster.
You'll work across the entire stack (React/TypeScript, Node/Express, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, AWS) with real architectural influence, direct founder access, and production impact on 185+ financial institution customers.
What you will do:
Build across the full stack at up to a 70/30 split between frontend and backend.Own features end to end from technical design through deployment and monitoring.Shape our architecture through design reviews and code reviews.Work directly with our CTO and CPO to scope features and balance priorities.
What we are looking for:
5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with real production ownership.Fluency across our stack: React/TypeScript, Node/Express, and AWS.A builder's mindset and strong communication, plus energy for an in-office, high-velocity team.
