The Role As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be involved in the full software development lifecycle, helping to design, build, test, deploy, and support high-quality software solutions. Working within an Agile team, you'll collaborate with developers, QA engineers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to deliver outstanding digital products while driving continuous improvement across our technology landscape. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain applications using technologies such as React, Angular and JavaDesign and build secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutionsDevelop APIs and RESTful servicesParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practicesWork closely with QA teams to investigate and resolve defectsSupport production deployments and releasesContribute to application architecture and technical design discussionsResearch emerging technologies and help evaluate new solutions and proof of conceptsAdvocate for the responsible use of AI development tools within the software development lifecycleAnalyse application performance and identify opportunities for optimisationHelp tackle technical debt and continuously improve systems and processesParticipate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement What We're Looking For We're seeking an enthusiastic developer with strong full stack capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
