About The Role As a Staff Frontend Engineer at Luxury Presence, you will serve as a technical authority responsible for our React-based micro-frontend platform that supports thousands of real estate businesses. Your expertise will guide the evolution of our design system, facilitate the migration from legacy UI libraries to a modern, Tailwind CSS-based component library, and establish frontend standards shared across AI agents and human engineers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, driving innovation, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality, scalable frontend solutions. Collaborating closely with product, design, and AI teams, you will influence the technical direction and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the engineering organization.
