Lead Firmware Development Engineer

Iskraemeco is looking for a Lead Firmware Development Engineer to take a key role in creating advanced smart metering solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and implementation of embedded software for high-tech products.Testing, analysis, and debugging.Defining the scope of studies and executing them.Preparing decision-support documentation.Communication with key customers and providing technical support to sales.Technical consulting on customer projects, applying deep knowledge and continuously improving application know-how.Leading problem-solving tasks related to quality issues – in special cases.Maintaining the innovation process, i.e., implementing both external and internal ideas; technology management. The competencies we are looking for: At least a university degree in Electrical Engineering (Level VI/2).Knowledge of the C programming language for RTOS environments and Python.Experience with debugging embedded systems.At least 5 years of work experience in a similar field.Active knowledge of the English language.Being self-initiated, proactive, and innovative.
