Your Responsibilities Assist the ASX Salesforce delivery team to define and refine requirements and translate these into robust, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutionsDesign, build and maintain scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Data 360 using both declarative and programmatic approachesDevelop and design solutions delivered across the range of Salesforce technologies- Apex, LWC, VisualForce, Omni Studio and SOQL/SOSLWork on digital transformation initiatives across the continuous improvement of the core platform and delivery of new and enhanced customer-facing featuresImplement and maintain Copado pipelines to enforce version control, CI/CD, automated testing and release governance across Salesforce environmentsEnforce data governance standards including access controls, data classification, lineage documentation and field-level securityIntegrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, change data capture and middleware toolsParticipate in solution design, estimation and backlog prioritisation as part of a dedicated agile, cross-functional delivery squad working under SCRUM methodologySupport performance tuning, governor limit management and proactive monitoring of platform health Your Experience And Qualifications Must have 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with demonstrable delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Financial Services CloudAbility to develop in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC and Java, with expert knowledge of Salesforce DX and agile delivery practicesGood understanding of the underlying Salesforce architecture with the ability to demonstrate solid experience on the platformFamiliarity with integration patterns as they relate to Salesforce — REST API, Java API, Streaming API and ESBPrevious experience working with DevOps principles, with exposure to Copado and GitLabWorking knowledge of Salesforce Data 360 including data stream configuration, DMOs, identity resolution and calculated insightsStrong understanding of the Salesforce security model - profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, field-level security and org-wide defaultsExperience designing analytics solutions that comply with privacy, consent and regulatory requirementsStrong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to refine requirementsSalesforce Platform Developer I Certification Nice to have Salesforce Platform Developer II CertificationExposure to Salesforce analytics platforms including CRM Analytics, Tableau Next and Data 360Recent experience developing for the Customer Community Cloud using Lightning Web ComponentsExposure to third-party offerings such as DocuSign, Temenos, Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMSPrevious experience in financial services organisations or capital markets would be a distinct advantageGood understanding of microservices architecture and API development using event-driven architecture — Salesforce Event Bus in particularAI and Einstein features — Next Best Action, Einstein Copilot, Agentforce agent configuration We make hiring decisions based on your skills, capabilities and experience, and how you’ll help us to live our values.
