Responsibilities: Provision and manage cloud-based infrastructure to ensure seamless support for services.Execute infrastructure and application deployments using CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable delivery.Address service requests from counterparts and developers to ensure timely resolution and support.Perform server management tasks on Linux-based environments to maintain system stability and performance.Perform system upgrades tasks to maintain stability, security and performance.Create automation scripts or tools to enhance project efficiency and streamline operational processes.Spearhead and drive proof of concept (POC) initiatives to develop solutions for problems or project improvements.Design and modify system monitoring alerts and health dashboards for proactive issue detection.Acknowledge, analyze, and resolve system issues or alerts to minimize downtime and impact.Review and remediate security audit findings to maintain compliance and enhance system security.Conduct vulnerability scanning and remediation on supported systems to mitigate risks.Identify and implement cost-saving measures in infrastructure to optimize resource utilization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on infrastructure needs and improvements.Review cloud operation tasks, deployments, service requests, and security measures to ensure zero failure.Create work plans for complex tasks to streamline project execution and resource allocation. Qualifications: Must be college graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical fieldMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or related rolesProficient with cloud services like AWS servicesUnderstanding of scalability, high availability, and distributed system principlesExpertise in Linux environments, particularly Ubuntu and Amazon LinuxHands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like KubernetesExperience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus and Grafana.Experience with provisioning resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) particularly TerraformExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCDHands-on experience in scripting languages such as Bash or Python and automation tools particularly Ansible Experience in logging and tracing tools like ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or SplunkExperience working with cross-functional teams (Development, DevOps, Security) Samsung Electronics Philippines Corporation (SEPCO), respects your concerns about privacy.
