Enterprise Applications Engineer – ServiceNow Platform We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Applications Engineer with strong ServiceNow expertise to join the central technology function of a large global technology organisation. This is a hands-on engineering opportunity working across a large-scale ServiceNow environment, designing, configuring and delivering platform capabilities that improve employee experience and internal service delivery. You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Engineering Managers, QA Engineers and Programme Managers, contributing across multiple ServiceNow product areas. What you'll be doing Design, configure and develop capabilities across the ServiceNow platformDeliver enhancements across multiple ServiceNow products and modulesConfigure workflows, forms, business rules, catalogue items and automationsDevelop integrations using standard ServiceNow capabilitiesBuild scalable and maintainable solutions, favouring configuration over customisation where appropriateDeliver engineering work from prioritised product backlogsParticipate in sprint planning, estimation and backlog refinementInvestigate and resolve platform defectsSupport ServiceNow upgrades and releasesParticipate in peer reviews and technical design discussionsImprove platform reliability, maintainability and technical qualityWork collaboratively across Product, Engineering, Architecture and QA teams Key Skills: Essential experience: Strong commercial ServiceNow development experienceGood understanding of ServiceNow platform architectureExperience developing across multiple ServiceNow modulesJavaScript development experience within ServiceNowExperience with workflows, business rules and Flow DesignerStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExperience working within Agile engineering teamsAbility to work across multiple priorities and product teamsStrong communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsDesirable experience: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)IT Service Management (ITSM)Legal Service Delivery (LSD)Employee Centre ProIntegrationHubNow AssistITIL FoundationExperience within enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments Location: Amsterdam – Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite Contract: 6 months Start: ASAP Rate: €600 per day
