Your daily pitch
As a Data DevOps Engineer (m/f/x), you'll play a key role in powering the platforms and services that enable our data teams to deliver impactful insights and innovative solutions.
You'll work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, automation, reliability, and data engineering, ensuring our systems remain scalable, secure, and high-performing.

Your playing field:
You design, build, and improve cloud-based data infrastructure that enables reliable and scalable data solutions across the business.
You collaborate with development teams in Data Warehousing, CRM, and Data Science teams to ensure smooth project delivery, helping the team achieve its objectives with precision.
You take ownership of managing, scaling, and maintaining our AWS services and data infrastructure, including EC2, ECS, Batch, Redshift, Airflow, Lambda, Athena, and S3.
You identify and drive opportunities to improve observability, governance, scalability, cost efficiency, testing, and automation, helping us build reliable, efficient infrastructure that keeps us ahead of the game.
You develop artifacts using Python, Shell, Docker, and Terraform to support the department’s plays and deliver high-impact results.
You stay sharp on service patterns like pub/sub and APIs, ensuring our systems are robust and ready to tackle any challenge.
You monitor the entire tech stack and daily processes, stepping in like a reliable goalkeeper to resolve issues and maintain uninterrupted performance.
Coordinate with the responsible team when needed.
You create and maintain comprehensive manuals, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), to ensure smooth communication with engineers and external stakeholders.
You partner with security and DevOps teams to contribute to company-wide initiatives, ensuring a unified strategy and flawless execution.
Which skills you should bring to the pitch:
Experience.
You have 2+ years of experience in roles such as Site Reliability Engineer, Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Data Engineer - your foundation for a strong performance.
Cloud & IaC.
You have hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform, building and maintaining scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure.
Python.
You write clean, maintainable Python code and enjoy solving technical challenges through automation and sound engineering practices.
Data Platforms.
You have experience building and supporting data platforms, including data warehouses, operational data stores, data pipelines, and data integration solutions that enable teams to make better decisions.
Engineering Foundations.
You’re comfortable working with Linux, Git, version control, CI/CD, and networking technologies, helping keep our platforms reliable, secure, and running smoothly.
Ownership.
You take ownership of your work and drive initiatives forward, with a strong focus on reliability, quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Collaboration.
You communicate technical concepts clearly, build strong relationships across teams, and work effectively with others to achieve shared goals.
