Its services are widely used by banks, financial organizations, businesses of all sizes, and individual users across Jordan. Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Amman for a React Native Mobile Developer. The role involves designing and implementing high-quality mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine app requirements, and ensuring seamless user experiences. The developer will also be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading existing applications to optimize performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop mobile applications using React Native.Participate in designing scalable, high-performance app architectures.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical implementations.Support junior and mid-level developers through guidance and constructive code reviews.Optimize applications to ensure top performance, usability, and reliability.Handle app deployment processes for the App Store and Google Play.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in mobile app development. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, including at least 3 years working with React Native.Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.Demonstrated experience deploying and maintaining applications on both iOS and Android platforms.Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, state management (e.g., Redux, MobX), and performance optimization techniques.Experience integrating third-party libraries, APIs, and backend services.Solid grasp of mobile UI/UX best practices and design principles.Proficiency in Git and modern version control workflows.
